What is UX design?

I often get this question and to be honest I am not sure I can give you the full answer.

But I can explain what UX means to me:

It is the stuff that happens between the clicks. It is about validation a problem before you think about a possible solutio. It is about talking to people by asking question and listen carefully and hopefully get some valuable insight.
